Pilates

Our studio provides both group mat classes and varied private sessions, ensuring that you can choose the format that best suits your preferences and goals.

Group Mat Classes

With our group classes, which accommodate maximum of 10 participants for a duration of one hour, you benefit from the energy and motivation of a group setting, while still receiving individual attention. Small accessories are incorporated to enhance your workout. You'll leave feeling stronger, energised, and more in tune with your body.

For newcomers to Pilates, it is recommend to begin with a private session before joining a group. This will familiarise you with the Pilates principles, address specific body issues and enable you to modify or intensify exercises in a group setting in order for you to fully reap the benefits of your Pilates work.

For me Pilates is more than physical exercise, it's a transformative mind and body journey suitable for everyone, regardless of age, body shape or phase of life.

With a background in film and retail, I understand how easily we can lose touch with ourselves, often developing habits that affect both our mental and physical well-being.
Through Pilates, I've discovered how functional movement can improve our mindset, physical health and outlook on life.

I firmly believe that Pilates should be both challenging and fun. In my classes, I strive to cultivate a supportive atmosphere where clients feel welcomed and valued. What inspires me most is the diversity of my clients as we are all so beautifully unique, and my ultimate goal is to empower you to unlock your body's full potential, enabling you to find freedom and confidence within your own body.

I am a qualified Pilates instructor with a range of comprehensive Pilates courses, including the Pilates Beginner & Intermediate Mat work, Reformer, Accessories, and Rotation for Scoliosis & Sport courses, all accredited by Pilates Academy SA.

I'm excited to help you discover the freedom and joy of moving well through Pilates.

Pilates has been a part of my life for 15 years — and couldn’t imagine a well-lived life without it.
It has transformed me, not only physically but mentally, teaching me how to live more intentionally in my body and move with purpose. Pilates is a powerful, functional fitness method that supports all bodies — regardless of age, shape, or size.

My journey began during a time of chronic, debilitating back pain. On a friend’s recommendation, I started private sessions — and what began as a path to recovery became a passion. I learned how to shed unhealthy movement patterns, breathe with intent, and cultivate a deeper mind-body connection. Very quickly, Pilates became more than just exercise — it became a calling. Eight years ago, that calling turned into a career.

As a teacher, I’m deeply passionate about creating a nurturing space where clients feel supported, safe, and seen. My goal is to guide each individual on their own unique Pilates journey, meeting them where they are and helping them move toward their goals with confidence.

With a background in music, I see Pilates as an art form — one that, with consistent practice, not only strengthens the body but also reshapes how we think and feel within it. I draw inspiration from a wide spectrum of Pilates styles, from classical to contemporary, always honouring the roots of the method while staying excited for where it’s headed.
