Alongside regular classes, Habitus hosts a range of yoga gatherings — including themed events, workshops, and trainings — all designed to deepen your experience. These are complemented by a selection of body therapies and treatments to support and enhance your journey.

Programme

Vinyasa Yoga classes - you will experience a dynamic and fluid practice that synchronizes breath with movement. Move through sequences of postures (asanas) that build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness while harnessing the power of pranayama (breath) and mindfulness. Our experienced instructors will guide you through the flow, allowing you to find your own best yoga and inspiring self-expression in an enlivening group practice. Suitable to all levels.

Beginners Yoga classes provide a nurturing and supportive environment for anyone new to yoga. Our instructors will guide you through foundational poses, teach breath awareness, and help you develop a strong foundation. You will be guided through each step with clear instructions and modifications as needed to develop stamina, flexibility and self-awareness on your yoga journey.
